Rainy days call for soul warming eats! Learn how to make Chef
Thomas’ signature potato and leek vichyssoise, garnished with fresh
chive oil and smoked sea salt. We will then dive into a classic
charred tomato bisque with old cheddar grilled cheese crackers, and
we’ll finish the evening with a sweet melon gazpacho with mint
infused syrup. To put your new soup making skills to use at home,
you’ll receive a bottle of our house made chive oil.
