Brunch Is Best!

If you love brunch, then you won’t want to miss this class! Chef Thomas will show you some of Spruce on Wellington’s signature brunch items, such as our hen egg benedict with sabayon hollandaise, and our crushed avocado and spinach on buttered toast, where you will learn how to cook the perfect poached egg. To finish, we’ll indulge in a fresh fruit parfait with candied nut granola and spiced yogurt. Each guest will receive a bag of Spruce on Wellington’s house made granola to enjoy at home!
